We print anything you've posted on your main Instagram feed. This includes single photo posts and carousels. We don't print Stories or videos (we've tried and they're just not quite the same).
Taking a social media break? No worries-- you won't get any photos and you won't be charged for that month. You're only charged when we have photos to mail you.
Protecting the data you trust to FamMail is our first priority. We don't store your Instagram login information, and you can easily delete your account with a click.
Absolutely. However, due to Instagram's privacy settings, Private accounts will have to re-authenticate every 30 days to continue using FamMail.
If we detect you're using a Private account, we'll send you email reminders once a month with easy one-click instructions.
For right now, all photos from the previous month will be printed and shipped. Eventually we're planning on allowing an option to select certain photos for printing. If this is important to you, let me know at hello@fammail.co and I'll prioritize it!

For non-square photo sizes, your photo is printed with some slight whitespace at the top and bottom of the photo.
